Another two neighborhoods over raped a 8 year old boy. He was in jail for 10. Both are out and are on probation for life. The only way he'll serve the full 60 years is because he is a nigger. Even then, doubt. He'll get released on probation after 10 max. It's a non-violent crime and they're trying to get non-violent offenders out of the jail system to make room for the mass amount of violent offenders since every jail in the country is over-crowded with barely enough funds to keep them and pay the CO's. There's a reason why states and the federal government are even contracting private companies like CoreCivic to keep inmates in private jails.
