>>83494913I'll add on.The only character I like in the show is the ghoul, and even then I don't really care, but he's the most fallouty. Not even because he's a cowboy ghoul, but because of his backstory and his entire motivation reminds me a lot of Fallout New Vegas where each of the companions quest revolved around some guilt or trauma from a past family, with boone and his wife, Veronica and the brotherhood, I forgot the nightkin grands but it was also about family, and finally, most importantly Raul and him protecting his little sister after the war. It does feel like they copied or at least took heavy inspiration from Raul for the cowboy ghoul, since his story is also about him trying to save his family pre-war then becoming a gunslinger ghoul.

>>83494424I watched the trailer and saw the main character was a brown girl (of course), the main supporting character was a black guy (of course), and every white person on screen was either a buffoon or a villain or both, except for the cowboy who is literally a hideously mutated ghoul. Even if I was willing to put aside my loathing for goyslop anti-white propaganda (like I do every time I pirate a season of Black Mirror) there was even more to hate. Nothing in the trailer looked like the 50s retro-futurism that defined the aesthetic of the games, I guess that would have taken money and talent to do in a live action adaption so that went out the window. I have absolutely no reason to watch this shit.
