If you can't just sit normally during a video interview without leaning in like Fred all wide eyed and desperate you can't expect to pass the personality assessment. Take a shot of liquor beforehand, run 5 miles, pop a beta blocker, think about fat yoshi, do anything to calm down that anxious energy. If you make the interview feel freaked out you are done. I used to be quite awkward in college but learned to put on a face when needed
