Because women are instinctually driven to choose the genetically healthiest mate for offspring and men are instinctually driven to reproduce as much as possible, human courtship and dating is hindered greatly. There is a sexual class system for men and women, but men born into a lower sexual class are not given access to dating, relationships, and sex at all. This likely isnt true for women given the disparity of intimacy distribution between men and women. The average man would therefore date the average woman but the average woman would not date the average man. There is a class of men who are desired by all women as there is with women, however there are lower classes of women who experience this than those of men. The class of men that are cut off from intimacy is higher than it is for women if there is one for women at all. This is how humans operate biologically. It is how our species survives. It is cruel. It is unjust. Without it, there would be no beautiful people. There would be no people at all. If you are upset for being cutoff from dating, instead rejoice. You are saving the species by failing to reproduce, multiplying your inferior genes and look on the bright side, you will never be cheated on.
