The main guy was the server owner (not ruben somehow) and he allowed their behaviour even when it got exposed because he was good friends with them for years at that point. I only heard this from a primary source that was against them but he had evidence to back it up im too lazy to upload. Towards the tail end of the server they were just openly banning users they didnt like and at one point banned 5 different people just because they got close to finding the filipino's sick shit.
