Anyone else here philosophize every aspect of their life? For example I went on a healthy diet and I am worried that it dehumanizes me by regulating my activities according to scientific mandates, which turns me into some kind of synthetic, fake human. I'm not saying it's too deep, but for everything I do I create some philosophical idea. It's quite cumbersome to deal with.

Sounds cool idk, carry on.

Do you ever consider this behavior to be a form of self sabotage?

Sounds like schizophrenia to me

If you are a girl, please marry me.
If you are a guy, I can relate to that very much.
However, it is not something that happens to me compulsively, because I understand that even the aspect you have just described is merely a narrative.
Therefore even though there is a narrative facet like that to it, it does not mean that this may describe the reality on the ground holistically.
And once you ask the question: how do I distinguish a good narrative from a bad narrative - and is that distinction not a narrative in itself - that is when the real fun begins.
Philosophizing everything is something that may break your neck if you are not sophisticated enough; but there actually is a break even point from which on it actually become helpful and it stops sabotaging you. The key thing is to not lose yourself in details but ask the grand existencial questions and focus on what is important and what is not.

Try being schizo with diet. Take the iodide pill and feel superior to deficiencylets. Every pot of rice or stock gets a small piece of kombu in it. Gives you like 20 times the daily amount you're supposed to get. Gomad was a meme when it came to trying to gain weight, but it is true it has ideal nutrition and makes for a good meal replacement when you don't feel like cooking. Prunes aren't just for old people and don't actually make you shit. They're basically like dates if dates tasted good. Magnesium and vitamin d deficiency is everywhere.

I have no idea what is wrong with any of you philosophyfags. it really does border on mental illness, I think it's a "find internet group that's as retarded as you" thing.
>"Eating food makes me a synthetic fake human"
Redditors will shower you with praise and sniff your farts for this / a real person they'd give you a worried stare or outright call you a retard and slap your nuts
