I work nights and have really struggled with falling asleep in the 12 hour window before my next shift recently. I tried tweaking lots of variables; starve self so bed with empty stomach, gorge self just before sleep, alcohol, no coffee after midnight, all that stuff. Somehow I forgot the most obvious one. Libido is kill but it still gets hard if I will it. Cranked one out and like magic I got about six hours of sleep that day.
