I've recently been diagnosed with bipolar spectrum disorder with anxiety based mental intrusions. They put me on Ambilfy primitively but I decided after a dream a couple nights ago to quit the drugs I only got hypomania last time and trying to convince people that they didn't need sleep and aparently got violent when people would disagree. Maybe I should take my drugs again idk what's the synopsis feel like shit on Ambilfy with intrusive thoughts anyway or not feel like shit and risk mania still with the intrusive thoughts
