Make it make sense. You need to learn so much but you'll get replaced by a 21 year old when you turn 50. Especially in cybersecurity where everything changes so fast. You basically need a whole new education every few years, but if you work full time that isn't possible. With most of these types of jobs being outsourced it's not looking good either.
