Any of you suffer with severe brain fog? I literally feel like a dementia patient most days.

>>83508763Nah, I'm 25 and it's because I hit my head a lot (a loooot) and pretty bad a few times (momentarily lost consciousness) and I did a lot of drinking and weed smoking as a preteen to my mid teens and I picked up weed smoking again in my early 20s.
Op here, how do you guys cope with it? It's ruining my life. I can't focus on anything so I can't enjoy anything.
