>>83508507Sorry if that sounded harsh I reread it and it comes off poorly. I made chicken yesterday. I cooked it in a dutch oven at 300 for about 2 hours, stuffed full of garlic, onion and on a bed of carrot, onion, and garlic. The meat was just falling apart by the end, super tender and juicy. No pictures but it was good.
