dietmaxxing tip. chew tasty food for a while but don't swallow it, spit it out. literally a god tier tip that will improve your life quality by leanmaxxing.

im basically dieting and operating at a deficit of 500 calories per day until my bodyfat hits 10% and then i will just need to maintain it. in the meantime, i'm eating mcdonalds everyday.

now its important to note some calories will be ingested from just chewing, and your body will trigger a response regarding the perceived quantity of food you're chewing, so if you don't eat anything it could actually cause problems. the trick is to eat 15% of the meal, spit out the rest, and then if necessary just to get your basic macros you could heathmax with some eggs or oats or whatever.

theres literally no downside to this

Sounds like a waste of food. I'd rather just substitute eating entirely with gum like the other anon said.
