I was a khhv until that age then I found a gf. You can escape too if you engage with communities and people. I don't think it matters much? What works for me is MMO guilds. But as long as you really engage with people and form connections, it should be good. Places like 4chan are generally pointless. Online friends are fun and all but at the end of the day when the screen turns off that's that, you didn't connect, you didn't do anything together beside exchanging memes and insults, you don't know each other at all. If you join a community that has irl meetups or that has members close to you that you can eventually meet irl, that's an investment.

You might want to try your best and change that disposition. My uncle was a bit like that and now he's a khhv in his 60s. Having a living breathing cautionary tale in my family helped light a fire under my ass I suppose.

Oh and I would also like to point out that for whatever reason 4chan related discord servers and such seem to be a huge waste of time if you're not a bio woman, a tranny, a femboy or some flavor of sociopathic abusechad. If you're just a regular guy looking for a gf, other kinds of communities, even normie-rich ones, will be more welcoming and yield you better opportunities of meeting a significant other. And even if you're gay, 4chan gays are generally just prison gay/in a phase that they will grow out of the nanosecond a girl looks in their general direction so yeah... something to think about.
