I know some anons here might have a new year's resolution to lose weight. I wanted to share with you a little about how I lost weight after being chubby/fat my whole life. First, you don't have to exercise. In fact, it might be a good idea not to exercise because it can make your appetite go crazy which will cause you to eat. You literally cannot exercise long enough or hard enough to undo you calorie intake. The only way to lose pounds is to limit how many calories you consume. You don't have to know about carbs, keto, protein, fats, sugar, etc., you literally just need to monitor your calories. A few potato chips can be 150 calories, but three cups of popcorn is 100 calories, so the popcorn is the better option. Aim for 1500-2000 calories per day. It will seem hard for the first few days, but you would be surprised how fast it gets easy and comes naturally. You can still eat cookies, chips, junk, etc., but you have to pay attention to calories. If one big cookie is 200 calories, you can eat it so long as you stay around 1500 calories.
I will trade being 160 lbs for 10 years for anyones weight itt
>>83541691There are some extra tricks in absorption of calories, i.e. drinking a 100 cal sugary drink will indeed be about 100 cal uptake, but eating 100 cal of celery (which is already a lot), you already don't absorb maybe 10% of it and another 10% is lost in metabolism as thermic effect. Meat again has very high thermic effect, you lose 30% of the calories metabolising it.
>>83541691just put the fucking fork downbuy less at the storeput less on the platehave some self control
