Downloading this is the best decision I have made all year. I have used my phone about 1/3 as much as usual the last 3 days since I installed it.

I have no control over my phone addiction and Internet and I have accepted that. I need barriers in my way to avoid it. This helps.

I blocked 4chan and unblocked it now to give myself some time to just chill

I waste a lot of time here, reddit, twitter, YouTube, discord and a assortment of other random things. Pure escapism.
