Just get a job that doesn't actually matter, then your coworkers won't resent your fuck ups. I use to work in food service, and I'm also a retard and would constantly fuck up and I'm sure my co-workers resented me (some actively bullied me lol). Now I work retail and I fuck up but that's a good thing because I just set the bar lower for everyone else to underperform so no one really resents me, not to mention they don't really care in the first place.In other words, just switch to a shitty retail job, it's way less stressful than food service and it pays the same if not better and the hours are probably better too.
