I caught onto this at work, so I would loosen up and make noises and say little things to try and break up the stillness and make me seem more humorous than serious.This doesn't work against people who are miserable and full of hate I found, it actually pisses hateful people off even more because they aren't capable of being positive, so seeing your positivity makes them lash out even more.
