>wake up>do nothing all day>go to bed>upset I did nothing all dayhow do I break the cycle?
>>83658984I'm in the same boat>you gotta force yourself to do something!I can't.
>>83658988and you know the days will just pass by and by and next thing you know its your birthday today and you feel like you did nothing all yearmost wasted time
get a fucking job. Thats it.
>>83659018tfw i wake up, get ready for work, go to work, eat lunch, come home, make dinner, eat dinner, shower, watch youtube or browse 4chan in bed until i fall asleep, repeat forever for the rest of my lifeit's really not much better......
>>83659028Yeah I have a job but I still feel this way. I have the time to do meaningful things but I just don't. I don't know why.
>>83659018oh yeah I quit last month xDI saved up for a vacation but im getting cold feet
>>83658984By doing things but for the love of god never confuse being productive with having 0 free time. You don't know real stress until you're over your head with responsibilities you can't get out of. Like a student counsel leader who has endless responsibilities and their father own the school or something. Very niche interpretation but if you know you know.
Be my accountability friend on discord. I'll help you do things and in return you help me too. Can't go another year like this, but I don't think I can do it alone.
>>83659018I'm pretty much the same as this guy >>83659028There are no meaningful connections or things to do at work, and I don't think I would tie myself to one if it wasn't for the money
>>83659130I think I need irl experiences sorry anon
>>83658984Get a physical calendar and start circling things. Any excuse to circle a future date will do. The coming week is the most important but circle as far out as you want. I just put up dates for a local food bank (am poor).
>>83659018This is NOT it. It makes things even worse since you not only have to stress over the job but you also have less energy to be productive, leading to even more procrastinating.
