>>83661351Depends on your disability but no not really. There are tons of isolation work outs that target specific muscles. Can't move anything from your pelvis down? Well have you heard of lifting things with your arms? You could put a bar and do pull ups and get fit just from that. But it's much MUCH easier to stuff your face with food and pretend your disability is why you're fat.
