What does it feel like to be fat? Would you recommend it?

>>83668597It's pretty embarrassing. I worry a lot about my health. I worry about people seeing me shirtless. I worry about them recognizing the shape of my gut through my shirt anyway. Mostly I just feel bad that I lack the self-control not to stuff my face with food and alcohol. Don't be like me, kids.

I'm still skinnyfat and absolutely do not recommend letting it happen....On another note I've been sick for a couple weeks and lost like 20 lbs because I still can't really eat much Not how I intended to lose to weight but things happen I guess
