Apparently most people have their tongues rest naturally on the bottom of their mouth.
I started putting my tongue at the roof of my mouth a few years ago and properly did nose breathing but half the time it feels like I'm not getting enough oxygen

Your tongue is naturally supposed to suction to the top of your mouth, which is what the ridges are there for. If your tongue rests at the bottom then it unfortunately means you are probably a slackjawed mouthbreathing idiot.
