Pennies are being phased out in the USIf you get a bill that gives 4 pennies change, they wouldn't dare hand over that many and instead give you a nickle, losing a pennyBut if you get back 2 pennies, they will give you back two penniesI have yet to coincidentally try to get 3 pennies as change
