>wrist itches due to eczma>can't touch wrist due to traumai'm going insane
>>83672198unironically bleach baths help a lot.About 1/4 cup of UNSCENTED bleach for a full bath. Make sure it's not the no-splash shit, it has additives to make it thicker. Just regular, generic, simple bleach. Soak for about 10 minutes and then rinse off. Keep it away from your face and eyes, it's too strong for our head skin.Don't do it more than like once a week.
>>83672253kek this is on par with those malicious instructions for making crystals you used to see on /b/

>>83672198I used to have bad eczema all over my hands and it went away.rule #1: do not scratch, it is obvious, but you have to make a real commitment to it, if you find yourself scratching without thinking, at least curb the excessTo stop the itching you can use heat, it stops it near instantly and you get a kind of "high" from all the antihistamines being released. I remember when I still had eczema thinking it was better than sex. Use hot water, hot enough to cause pain but not so hot you damage the skin further. You actually feel pain before it is hot enough to cause damage], but you have to be careful.1: wash your hands with soap and water2: get a tablecloth and a cup of hot water3: wet the tablecloth under cold water in the tap4: bundle it up so there is a soft pad for you to press against your eczema5: dip in the hot water for about a second6: touch your eczema VERY QUICKLY, a split second of the heat is usually all it takes, then you pull it away and evaporation lowers the heat back to normal8: if not, once the tablecloth cools down you can press it down and you can easily control the level of heat9: it shouldn't take long for the itching to stop10: once it has stopped for a while, spread moisturizerit should be good for a few hours, the more you stop the itching this way without any scratching the more it will heal and the less the itching will be, if something sets off your eczema again return to the hot water treatment and moisturize
