this guy is also mentally ill, seems he have agoraphobia, some kind of borderline-like and avoidant disorder and is in a shit environment

mental disorder is a very fucked up thing, anon.
My family member had all sorts of weird hallucinations that would manifest sometimes, but not always. And not always the same way. Some of his really close friends didn't see anything wrong. Until he had a psychotic episode with them, that is.
Not saying your troon friend is necessarily like that, but I am saying that mental disorders do make people very illogical and incongruent.

If he's a BPDemon, then his polycule friends are likely in danger. Not physical danger, necessarily. But definitely in danger of mental/psychological abuse.
