Why do even allegedly "gynocentric" European courts go so easy on men when they commit horrible crimes like this?

I bet it was a rapefugee
>>
>>83676417
Because women love rape, next question
>>
>>83676417
European courts are feminist, but being anti-White is a higher priority.
>>
Shall we take a guess on the nationality of the rapist?
>>
>>83676444
shall we take a guess on the sex of the rapist?
>>
>>83676446
Why not both? It's not very progressive of you to lag behind intersectional theory.

Isn't the max sentence in a lot of EU countries like 20 years?, like that guy in Norway who killed like 10 people got only 20 something years and his jail cell looks better then most western apartments
>>
>>83676417
The rapist is a fecaloid
>>
>>83676941
I think Breivik got a really long sentence but it's in a cushy prison where his main complaint was outdated vidya console
>>
>>83676417
Europeans historically didn't share the Anglo-American abhorrence of pedophilia
maybe that's changing now but if so the law hasn't caught up
>>
It's cause those countries have been spoiled by having smaller more homogeneous populations so they have less crime so they can have the luxury of smaller prison sentences. this will change as demographics change and crime goes up.

The US used to have smaller prison sentences too but then lots of crime happens where you found a guy had previously been in prison for rape, armed robbery, molesting a child, etc, and you wonder why he is still free. then people say the us is a prison country with the highest prison population in the world. and like yes do you volunteer to take all the rapist and killers that are stuffing our prisons full? didnt think so.

this is a slap on the wrist. he's gonna do it again for sure when he gets out.

gynocentric implies society is ruled by and caters to the female view and mindset. This clearly demonstrates this.
Lax sentences for criminals and viewing the justice system as fair to certain groups is a feminine ideal. Letting immigrants and refugees from foreign Muslim countries is a feminine ideal. Gynocentric ideals is what leads to this outcome.

Didn't the European countries historically used to publicly execute people who would steal food?, i think European countries have small sentences because they adopted an ultra liberal mindset after WW2
>>
>>83676941
Norway is not in the EU.
Breivik got 21 years.
Maximum sentence in Norway is 30 years, but that's specifically reserved for crimes against humanity, which Breivik seems to have not qualified for.
>>
>>83676997
Very true. The legal system needs to be much more harsh towards men.
>>
>>83676417
we're missing information here, whats the age of the guy?
also after like 20 years what use is it having someone rot in prison, generally theyre 'released' to a system where they have to work and pay for their own shit while doing daily or weekly sessions, its like parole therapy, euros dont have a for profit prison system
>>
>>83677157
>also after like 20 years what use is it having someone rot in prison
The same reason you put that person in prison in the first place - to ensure that person is not out there inflicting harm on the society.
>>
>>83677177
its called rehabilitation, a foreign concept to americans used to the revolving door for profit prison system
>>
I dunno about the USA but here in Italy, when the rapist gets a very short sentence, its usually because the "victim" actually wanted a short sentence. this happens in cases where conservative parents discover their daughter is dating an older guy and report him to police, and its the parents who push for judicial prosecution while the daughter resists it tries her best to sabotage it.

Bodied that freaky nigger
>>
>>83677181
I'm no yank. My country struggles with putting (and keeping) people in prison in the first place. We're nowhere near ready to even talk about "rehabilitation", when most crimes go unchecked to begin with.

>this happens in cases where conservative parents discover their daughter is dating an older guy and report him to police
The AOC in Italy is only 14 though

thats a problem in every country where personal rights come before the good of the population, here, if someone gets a long sentence, and theyre still a threat to society at the end, theyre deemed mentally ill and go into that system, which is objectively worse than most prisons depending on the severety of the illness and danger the person poses
>>
>>83677258
It's not about "personal rights". We literally don't have the space and aren't getting the funding to build more prisons.
>>
>>83677277
thats also a systemic problem here, since keeping someone in prison costs a lot, up to 200 euros a person a day, something a prison barge, or simply dumping them back in the country they came from would help with lol, but thatd be inhumane and ppl have rights and all that nonsense
>>
>>83677291
>keeping someone in prison costs a lot, up to 200 euros a person a day
Yet it keeps the individual away from further inflicting harm upon society, keeps prison staff employed and creates an effective deterrent against future crimes (there's a reason why foreign career criminals come to my country specifically). I'd say the 200 euros a day is a good investment. Any kind of "but muh human rights" bs you hear is cope from politicians who simply don't want to deal with (or even acknowledge) the problem.

they usually start dating before that. when I was 12 all the girls in my school already had boyfriends who were on average 5 years older. some were dating college guys.
