I learned this the hard way.>go out to the park>approach some random girls trying to strike random conversation>after a while a cop shows up, says I need to come with him, grabs me by my clothes and makes me walk with him, doesnt even put me in cuffs, doesnt read me my rights>I ask him to identify himself and state which article of the penal code I have allegedly violated>he just chuckles and asks me which movie i saw that in>i tell him I studied it in college but he just chuckles again and doesnt respond>takes me to police station>we get to the front desk of the police station, the policeman makes me sit down in a bench nearby while he talks to the sergeant at the desk (this happened right in front of me)>he tells the Sargeant that he got a call because i was harrasing random women at the park>they discuss my case right in front of me without even asking me for my side of the story and whenever i try to speak up they tell me not to interrupt them>police Sargeant writes me a 450 euro ticket for "public disturbance" and tells me go home
