I've never worked in a super tall skyscraper, but I did work in a generic tall-ish office building. Each company would rent one or more floors and set up its business inside. I assume it's just a scaled up version of that.

on a similar topic the factory I used to work at had me walk 10 to 15 minutes to get to my job site cuz it was so big and the whole complex was busy working

I've delivered to lot of these luxury office buildings and when I peeked inside lot of people were just chatting , on their phones and didn't seem that serious. They also have gyms , indoor fast food joints and bars as well like a city within a city sometimes. I saw one with a daycare , gym , convenience store and post office
