Now I am 30, and eating more than maybe 1200 kcal per day causes me to bloat up and rapidly gain weight. I eat less than basically everybody around me. As a result, I am in a state of constant exhausted fatigue. It's difficult for me to summon the energy to do anything with how slow my metabolism is. I still go on runs and lift when I have the energy, but generally speaking I am constantly tired and sleepy in a way that no amount of sleep or eating can fix. When I eat, I feel like throwing up. It just is what it is.
