You'd need to have a side hustle on the internet to get the money to buy food. Most people would access the internet through internet cafes as part of the job benefits. The computers at those internet cafes would have no access to local storage, only cloud storage, so you'd have to keep working to get access to anything that you "owned" on your computer. It would encourage entrepreneurship. Just think of the fierce, cutthroat competition that would spur endless innovation.
