When I was in college I worked at 2 Little Caesars stores (different cities with different owners) and they were both fine with scheduling around my classes. Definitely outnumbered by the places I applied where they demanded 24/7 availability, though.
I think I got passed up on a job because I told them I go to school. Anyway never doing that again.
