Dear women, I don't resent you anymore. I think the effort you expend being pretty is something you argue entitles you to tax men essentially, when you're actually just doing it out of selfish egoism and blaming me. I get that being pretty to you is an exhausting maintenance task, a body horror, and something akin to building a sandcastle up only to watch it be washed away by the waves of time. But that's not my fault. And I'm sick of you pretending that it is. You're chasing your own highs with that, your own ends. I doubt most men really think about the effort you're expending on it. But even if they did, you never did it for them. Even if you tell yourself you do. I don't think you do anything FOR anyone. I think you just chase impulses. And I have nothing to do with it.
