I found picrel on Danbooru and asked Gemini to turn the leftmost one into a photorealistic image, and I used that one as reference. But I generated the video itself using Vidu AI. For the lower body I used photos of some thicc latina model.
For the face I usually mesh together faces I find on Pinterest, Bing and Yandex with the specific features I want, then I run them through various AI image generators, editors and enhancers until none of the individual source faces are really recognizable but the result still looks good and real enough.

I never really got into locally run models myself. I just abuse the free trials of some AI services then manually (or with one of those watermark removal sites) remove the watermarks if I have to.
Once I tried Stable Diffusion on my old laptop, but obviously, generations took a shitton of time to finish. Though I haven't tried it on my new PC yet (which I can't use right now because one of the RAM sticks came DOA so I'm waiting for a replacement).

The way it's translating my commissions to 3D girls can be really good sometimes. For some reason it almost reminds me of the times live-action versions of anime have actually good costume design. I haven't felt my back scratched by anyone in so long, possibly last time I experienced it was when i was 10 when either of my parents did it once all i remember is that getting back scratched feels good
