Or just use a management company that will deal with the scumbags for you. Idk your country but here in USA there is a massive underclass of proles who are basically total subhumans. Don't fall for the lies that they're poor helpless victims. Most of them are huge degenerates who will lie, cheat, and steal at every opportunity. I hate them so much because all the systems are designed around their shitty antics and malicious petty attempts at taking advantage of others, and as a result now nearly every system is merciless and unforgiving for everyone, due to them needing strict policies. Basically people like them are why we can't have nice things. No one will respect your property like you would, no one cares about your belongings and will happily trash them. Just an FYI. Even people who seem otherwise respectable you'd be surprised. I've had friends I give a ride and find out the next day they trashed my car, spilling shit all over my seats and leaving trash everywhere. Fuck.
