I think there's substantial evidence he was fucking underage girls.
But so were most of the famous men taught about in history classes. Only difference is we have laws against that sort of thing in modern times.
Personally I would just stick to older women so I don't have to ever worry about federal agents destroying my life. I don't find young girls attractive anyway. But I guess when you're rich and powerful you're more likely to take risks like that, and doing it probably helps make you feel even more powerful since you're getting away with things normal people aren't allowed to do.
