Put your greentext into a language model and tell it to write an apology that petitions for your reenrollment at university. When you are in school you can rebound from this kind of thing but when you have a nonsense resume gap employers can be wary. It is not unlikely you would have to explain this to an employer anyway so why not instead come clean to your school and parents, who actually want to see you succeed?
