Can't regrow hair without a vasodilator like minoxidil. You need to stimulate your hair follicles, finasteride will only stop the shrinking process by regulating the amount of DHT that makes it to the receptors. I would suggest oral minoxidil and one derma stamp session every week.Also, toss finasteride and get on dutasteride. You're risking the same exact side effects for a vastly inferior product, it is by every measure more effective at managing hair loss and it also makes your skin less greasy because it also regulates DHT type 3 production which finasteride can't do.
