Soap is really bad for the skin. I just rinse thoroughly in the shower head to toes before work and again before going to bed. No shampoo or deodorant either. When I shower I use soap on my pits, penis, and asshole, then I use just water and a washcloth to mechanically scrub the rest of my body and get rid of dead skin, then I use face soap on my face and bald head.
