Police come around to check on him regularly for some reason and I had to call in a domestic when the sounds of walls and flesh being punched and a woman screaming didn't stop for over an hour. He went apeshit at me once because I was browsing shit on my phone in the driveway. I'm watching this dog slowly die of neglect, hunger, and straight up just being beaten up constantly because I can't get anyone to do their fucking jobs and do something about it. And even though I despise the breed, that shit's painful.That's animal abuse. That's real shit, not reddit nonsense full of wannabe heroes who have to create villains because they can't find any. If you've actually dealt with real shit, you don't need to go around turning normal, innocuous stuff into problems like this. But their lives are so devoid of adversity, of challenge, of hardship of any kind, that they think something horrible is an excuse for them to feel like a fucking hero. And if they'd actually experienced any of those horrible things, they'd know that all they leave you feeling is empty and numb.
