Whenever I have to help my mom with something tech related and she doesnt understand it I am the one getting screamed at and called stupid. I always wanna cry after every stressful encounter with my neurotic mother. I am a 26 year old man.

Explain to her, calmly but firmly, that if she doesn't act nice, you wont help her. She will most likely throw a tantrum and demand obedience. At that point, just tell her that you'll be willing to help her if she calms down, then walk away and avoid contact until she comes back and apologizes.
