Not OP but I have a similar question. I got 3.5 years of chapter35 left and my parents are planning on moving to the town that my old university is at. Thanks to the chapter 35, semesterly tuition would be around $3500 and rent would be free. I am considering getting a second degree, maybe in Mechanical engineering, and I would be back in college for at least 2 more yearsI would be around 26-27 at this time.
