My ex came back and I thought we were gonna be friends lile she wanted but she hasn't texted me in a week I can only assume it's cos I took 2 days to reply anf stuff but that wasnt me disliking her it was because I was nervous and anxious and still am as I havent talked to anyone in a long time...I cant help but feel not obligated to be the one to reach out if she broke up with me and left me in the first place ?

Comes down to communication. If something bothers her she should say it. I know for me, I'm going to text one time and then it's return to text. Text should never be the primary form of communication
