i didnt study for my final exam in calc 1 but i think i can repeat it
>>
just leave it. score of 0, means they'll have to divide by that to get your overall average.

If you fail, try it again and actually study. It's hard but you have all the resources to build a working knowledge. Get a calculus textbook and actually do the exercises. When you think you've solved it, check the answer, and if you didn't, go back and redo the problem over and over until you solve it or have AI explain it to you. Calc 2 will be harder but Calc 3 will be a breeze, and in my opinion, fun

Math anons, how easy is it to relearn math? I haven't taken a math class in 2.5 years, but throughout college, I have taken Trig, college algebra, calc 1-3, and Diff EQ. I got A's and high B's and remember enjoying it a lot. Then I switched majors and I was too busy with college to keep up my studies

I don't remember most of what I learned in math. All those identities, methods, and techniques are lost to me. I have hope though. I rewatched a video on trig substitution and I was able to follow along and somewhat do it on my own

I eventually want to go back to college now that I have 3.5 years of chapter 35 to give me reduced tuition. I just turned 25 and I'll lose chapter 35 when I turn 31, so I have to use it soon. I know I want to get another degree that heavily utilizes math and will require me to relearn much of what I have forgotten.

I'm taking calc 1 and it's not so bad. People kept telling me over and over again how bad it is and how hard it is to understand, and it's not so bad.

Hearing how normies think Calc 1 and Calc 3 is brutal is really motivating me to get an engineering degree. I already have a degree in zoology which is my dream job, but if the majority of whining I hear about that field is from normies getting filtered by math, I feel somewhat confident that I have a shot in actually passing with flying colors

Calc 2 is the one that's supposedly the most brutal and is the meat and potatoes of the three main courses. I'm a physics student, so I'm required to take all three, and I'm doing really well so far.

i have 0 resources they only show you solutions in person and i was skipping a bit

Anon, there's YouTube, AI, and a plethora of online textbooks to totally legally acquire. If you're attending an in-person lecture, take pictures of the slides. If you're not allowed to, find a seat in the back to sneak some pics
