>>83842560I think of the worst thing I ever did during an episode and it fills me with such intense shame that I stop. Sometimes it's just impossible to calm down tho and I just have to writhe around a little while taking deep breaths. I beat the fuck out of myself sometimes desu just the way it is. As long as im not destroying anything or God forbid hurting someone else it's okay.
