The reason why I keep being "annoying" is because I am bored out of my mind. I used to do 12-18 mile daily ruck marches but can't anymore due to messing up my ankle. I mainly did this because I wanted to join a tier-1 unit such as Delta Force or the Ranger Reconnaissance Company. Because I cannot go for long walks anymore, I started drinking and doing other drugs excessively. This caused me to develop a platonic infatuation with other autistic boys hence why I compulsively post threads.

Go cycling or swimming instead. It's good exercise and easy on your joints.

You'll be happy to know that cardio machines exist that only use your arms. They are called arm bikes and some have full seats while others don't. Looking them up, the cheapest of them are like $30, and I assume a full-seated one is the same as a normal stationary bike. On the note of exercise, surely you could still lift weights though, right? Just avoid compound leg exercises and use various machines to work the legs (eg. quad ext, hamstring curl). Though I suppose if the lack of motivation (the career goal) might make it hard to continue.

What're your psychoactive habits? Do you have a drug of choice?
