I went through what you're going through, and it's really not that bad once you get to the other side.
You're going through the 5 stages of grief right now, and from your post it seems like you're in bargaining.
I started balding at 17 and it took me until I was 26 to finally accept it.
I realized nobody actually gives a shit if you're balding. If you go out you'll see balding/bald guys with girlfriends, families, friends, just living normal lives.
For me, the hardest thing was thinking women were gonna hate the way I look. But I realized that women weren't repulsed by my hair or anything to do with my looks, just my lack of self confidence and my weird obsession with my hair.
I'm older now and have a shaved head and not every woman is into it but there are some that really like it. Also none of my friends ever gave me shit about balding, just random strangers at a party sometimes (they were always fat ugly guys, I think they just saw me as an easier target?)
This is turning into a blog post but try the drugs, if they don't work you can shave your head if you want but even just the skullet is fine if you're confident about it.
