How do I escape a "slump" in my life?

I feel like my life hasn't changed in the last 5 years. I'm 24, work remote earning a pathetic salary. Don't really leave the house for anything except groceries. Khv obviously. At a basic level I'm happy enough with my life that I don't have the motivation to meet people or improve my situation in any meaningful way.

Because at some level I understand it would be pathetic to still be living with roommates when I'm 30 with no car and no gf. Not quite ready to embrace wizardom atp.
