How many of you are total shut-ins/hikikomori? Personally, I haven't gone outside in years and only speak to my mother and my singular online friend sometimes. It wasn't so bad when i was teenager but I'm almost in my mid 20s now and it's getting pretty scary.

I have a space of about a square mile or two that I feel comfortable moving around inside of, and anything past that point, I start getting anxious.I'm very severely limited in terms of services I can access, because everything stresses me out so much. Phones even kind of put me on edge.
