Does black history month actually do anything? Like federal holidays and other months dedicated to groups have sales or dumb shit associated with that. Black history month is just something drilled into school kids and nothing else

Why do I have to hear about nigger history and never once, not a single time in my adult life, have I heard the term "Anglo-Celtic history"? In fact, I didn't even learn the term "Anglo-Celtic" until I was in my mid 20s. How does someone go nearly their entire youth without even knowing their ethnicity other than "White"?

But I'm supposed to care about the history and ressentiment fueled grievances of a race of slavish people. Right.
