This guy has BROWN fat though. Brown fat is actually healthy, well relatively healthy compared to WHITE fat and visceral fat. Thats the kind of fat you dont want anywhere in your body. The guy in the gif could lose all that weight easily if he wanted to, but powerlifting is incredibly demanding on muscle metabolism so that fat, the good kind of fat as I said is not there for nothing. All powerlifters have this bearmode body type

Eating enough to maintain is already extremely difficult. I honestly don't understand how anyone gets fat. You'd have to be some kind of masochist to actually consume a caloric excess. I'm not even physically active, I just have an extremely inefficient metabolism where 5,000 calories is practically nothing. Then you have these lucky assholes claiming to eat only 1,600 calories a day yet they weigh half a ton.
Not eating even for days is just neutral, feels neither good nor bad. Eating anything past 80% full is uncomfortable, and past 100% is extremely painful. Fatasses have no right to complain because they could just stop eating, 0 effort 0 pain. Gaining weight is hard because it involves herculean effort and extreme pain.

what do you eat in a day? most people who say things like this strongly over/underestimate calories in food. its easy to overeat when you eat lots of slop like potato chips, tubs of icecream, liters of soda, cookies, deepfried foods. many obeasts are eating for dopamine hits because they feel bad and it becomes a vicious cycle of whaling out with massive bags of potato chips daily and then they will eat like 10k kcal daily while sedentary.

Fucking everything. Fried french fries, chicken, pizza, hamburgers, chips, candy. I eat a fucking shitload of food. Exclusively fattening foods too, I am very intent on avoiding anything healthy unless it's just so good it can't be avoided and I feel like I ate enough unhealthy stuff I deserve something that tastes good as a treat. I drink a lot of milk. Eggs, cheese, pork chops, steak when it's on sale. Most of my food choices revolve around maximizing caloric density. Like I can eat a whole bag of beef jerky in one day. Box of cheese it's is devoured it two or three days. I basically spend every second of the day not sleeping or in the shower cramming shit in my mouth.
Yesterday I got a whole pizza from the gas station and in slightly more than a 24 hour day I had eaten the whole thing, except for a few slices I only ate up to the crust, but that's just carbs and not fat or protein so you can't gain weight from it so that makes no difference.

this isn't much at all, i am 61kg turbomanlet and i have eaten 2 medium pizzas in a single sitting sometimes because it isn't satiating like a bunch of potato and chickenbreasts with fruit for dessert. you underestimate how fatties shove shit into their face, they will drink a gallon of coke a day, multiple bags of chips, daily fastfood takeout.. they don't eat anything filling, just carbs and sugar, any protein will be from a burger or chicken tendies, no fiber or starches of any kind.

You have to build up over a long period of time.
This is the issue with when anyone tries to do anything, they think they have to do this big grandiose event.
Add 100 calories to your daily total every week and in 10 weeks you will be eating an additional 1000 calories per day.

Vs this or so. And also accounting for me already being weak so trying to not get too fat will probably slow me down a little. I want to get to where I am respectably strong asap but if being sort of chubby is that big of a deal breaker then what is even the point.

This sounds disingenuous hahaha. I don't wanna be weak and my gf would be worried someone can easily overpower me. I'm sure that's a big turn off. And if it matters not for women with odd preferences just the typical college aged girl. Would they rather me have a ton of muscle and almost be that fat? Or more athletic looking but still very strong assuming I do well lifting that is. This is a better example and doesn't seem too unrealistic.
