Most people dont even know the issue that plagues them most because they dont even take enough time to earnestly sit and figure it out.Me for example, my issue is that I am horny 24/7. No exaggeration I am horny all of the fucking time. I have tons of fetishes that are not even fetish at this point just kinks that I have accepted as part of my inner fiber.
